Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of nunarra.com and the Nunarra membership. We've kept them short and readable on purpose. By using the site or joining the service, you agree to them.
What Nunarra is
Nunarra is a research and content-inspiration service. We find publicly available social media content that performs well, analyze it, and share ideas, breakdowns, and trends with members through a private community hosted on Circle (circle.so). Nunarra is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, or any other platform we research.
Membership and billing
Membership is billed annually through Circle's checkout and its payment processor. Plan prices and what each plan includes are listed on our pricing page. Your membership renews at the end of each term unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the paid term.
The guarantee
If your social media impressions have not grown at least 3x within your first 6 months of active membership, we will work with you 1-on-1 until they do. "Active" means you're actually posting using the ideas we provide; the guarantee can't apply if the content never gets published. We apply this in good faith and expect the same.
Using the ideas
What we deliver is research, analysis, and inspiration. The videos we reference belong to their original creators. You are responsible for the content you create and publish, including making sure it complies with the rules of your local real estate board, brokerage, and the platforms you post on. Nunarra doesn't provide legal, financial, or compliance advice.
What we can't promise
Social media results vary with effort, consistency, market, and factors nobody controls, including platform algorithms. Beyond the guarantee above, we can't promise specific results. The service is provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Fair use of the membership
Membership covers you and the people on your team who run your social media. The daily briefings, breakdowns, and research are member content, intended for one purpose: creating your own posts. The following are violations of these terms:
- Sharing your account or the daily briefings with anyone outside your team.
- Scraping, copying, or bulk-downloading the community or its content.
- Republishing, reselling, or redistributing our research in any form.
- Using the research to build, train, or feed a competing product or service.
We take this seriously because the research is the business. Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund, and where the misuse is commercial (resale, scraping, or building a competing service) we reserve the right to pursue legal action. Members removed for ordinary community-conduct issues, rather than misuse of the research, receive a pro-rated refund of unused time.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change meaningfully affects your membership, we'll let you know in the community before it takes effect.
