How does Nunarra find viral videos?
Our team scans 7+ social platforms in 3 languages every day, tracking 100+ real estate keywords across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Google Trends. Out of roughly a thousand videos reviewed daily, only a handful survive the filter. Those are the ones you receive.
What counts as a video worth studying?
An outlier: a video that dramatically outperforms the account that posted it. When a creator with 450 followers gets 4,200 likes, the content earned that reach on its own. We don't study the biggest creators. We study the biggest outliers. Every pick clears a 5-point checklist:

- ✓ 2,000+ likes
- ✓ At least 5x more likes than the creator has followers
- ✓ 50+ comments
- ✓ The creator is not already a massive influencer
What happens after a video is picked?
