Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain English, what information we handle when you use nunarra.com and the Nunarra service, and what choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we don't sell your data, and we only use what we collect to run the service and improve this site.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you contact us (for example by WhatsApp, social media, or when booking a call), we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name and contact details. We use it to respond to you and provide the service.

Analytics, only with your consent. If analytics is enabled on this site, we ask for your consent before any analytics cookie is set. If you decline, no analytics runs at all. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

Membership. The Nunarra member community and checkout are hosted by Circle (circle.so). When you join, your account and payment details are handled by Circle and its payment processor under their own privacy policies. We see your member profile inside the community, not your payment card details.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We don't run third-party advertising or tracking networks on this site.
• We don't send you marketing email unless you've asked for it.

Cookies

This site uses at most two kinds of storage: a small record of your cookie-consent choice (so we don't ask you twice), and, only if you accept, Google Analytics cookies. You can clear both at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to help you, and analytics data for the standard retention period of our analytics provider. If you want something deleted, just ask.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights, and we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you're located.
